Thank you Ma and Pa Duncan for a first class time as always. When we got in the car Zavier said "I love Peigi"-and why shouldn't he? A nap...chips....cake...a tent...toys...a bath...bubbles...more cake.....a frog...

SD: I know I said I'd kick yer ass in today's WOD, but I think I feel significant pain comin on.......pretty much all over.......so, I must renege. I will KYA another time.....perhaps on the rocking (as in the chair) for time WOD.

Thank you Peigi and Ward for your wonderful hospitality last night, I had a great time!! As mentioned above, the food, friends, fun etc. were all outstanding....and there were even bubbles!! It doesn't get any better than that. :)
Amazing performances today in class! Everyone pushed hard and completed the wod.

Great class Trish - thanks to you and the other trainers.
Also, big thanks to SD for counting my reps and pushing me through. You took away some of my reps and I pouted, but I only lost my cool once....when I kicked the blue box.

The word "thank you" doesn't describe how I feel towards you both. Not only are you wonderful parents and wonderful Crossfitters, but you are also two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Your joy for your kids, your life and for each other is contagious and inspiring. For someone soon entering the world of matrimony, you two are perfect role models for how a strong marriage and friendship should be.
Thank you for my pen and Zen garden, thank you for the party and most of all....thank you for being constant reminders that truly happy, kind and genuine people still walk this earth.
