Lots of fun during the 9am class today. Since I missed out on yesterday's festivities (I had to take a day off to let my hands somewhat recover from the damage created by JOSH on Tuesday) so I decided to join Big Mike for RANDY. Jim provided great tips (don't forget the pockets lol) and I realized it was more a leg workout than shoulders. I think the pocket trick might become very handy for the 3RM and 1RM.
Since my shoulders were still pretty much fresh after doing RANDY and from a day a rest I decided to give KAREN a shot ... why not it's only 31 degrees out lol! After 50 wallballs I cursed at myself for not taking a longer break in between the WODs. At 80 I realized I was an total idiot then after 100 you just put it in the "Suck it up" category and found a good pace to finish the darn thing. So 2 WODs and 2 liters of water later ... I think this morning's class was a lot of fun ...
