Our newly designed introduction program called “The Right Start” will educate, challenge and motivate you to improve your fitness. This two week six class program was redesigned in 2016 to ensure all athletes are prepared for our group fitness program.

No Sweat Intro


Before starting our group fitness program, all athletes must graduate from The Kinetics Right Start Program. This introductory course on movement mechanics, mobilization, and class structure was designed by interviewing our athletes both past and present and finding out what was working and what they wished they would have known before they started.

This six class program is taught by all of our certified trainers in a group setting or on an individual basis, so you get to meet all of our full time coaches (Personal Session Option will be one trainer) This program is not just about teaching movements, it is about introducing you to our facility, our fitness methodology, movement mechanics, and expectations. Along the way we will not just run you through these classes but provide information for you to read outside of class to continue to learn about nutrition, functional movements, mobility, code of conduct, and learn more about why our fitness program has become the most popular in the world.

We are great at Fitness and we want to show you. If you are looking for a change, “The Kinetics Right Start Program” will prepare you and provide you the confidence to succeed in and outside of the gym.

We have a new group starting every Month, or start RIGHT AWAY with our Personal Training Options.

Both programs include 6 Sessions (Group / Personal) and will include 2 weeks of unlimited classes after you graduate from the Kinetics Right Start Program.
