It doesn't matter what your challenge, goal, or dream is, we are here to help.
Whether you want to learn the value of a good workout and create healthy lifestyle habits, or gain strength and agility to support advancement in your sport of choice, CFK can help! We are launching a new program for teens who are looking for a fun, fast paced activity that will set them up for success in whatever sport they might choose to specialize in!
This program consists of a warm up, mobility, games, strength training and conditioning and is designed to:
- Boost self-esteem and confidence
- Build healthy habits like focus, dedication, perseverance and motivation
- Develop important values of health and hard work
- Build relationships and gain important life skills like team work
- We offer an inclusive training environment, supportive coaches who are there to help and a community of like-minded individuals.

- Monday Wednesday Friday at 3pm
- Ages 13 – 18
