Are you considering joining CrossFit Kinetics but aren't sure if it is right for you?

We understand. Here are some steps to take if you want to increase your fitness level.

1) Come to a class to find out what we have to offer. Feel free to come prepared to participate or watch from the sidelines to see how a class session is run. Ask a lot of questions; we are here to help.

2) Enroll with a Trainer to do the Fundamental Sessions. These consist of three, hour-long sessions that must be completed before a client can begin participating in the group classes. This one-on-one coaching is crucial to starting on the right path so you can get the most out of the classes and your time spent at CrossFit Kinetics.

3) Follow the Workout of the Day (WOD) through the daily classes or on your own. This workout can be scaled down to suit any fitness level.

Below is an example of the same workout scaled for two different abilities.

Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

OR

15-12-9
Dumbbell shoulder press
Bench dips/jumping ring dips
Push ups from knees
